TechnologyTechnology is a creative, purposeful activity aimed at meeting needs and opportunities through the development of products, systems or environments. Knowledge, skills and resources are combined to help solve practical problems. Technology education is a planned process designed to develop students competence and confidence in understanding and using existing technologies and in creating solutions to technological problems. DVC (Design and Visual Communications)DVC is an area of the curriculum that gives students the opportunity to develop their creative skills and enjoy a range of design and communication activities that demonstrate these skills. Design activities that encourage individual creativity are an essential component of DVC studies.
