Junior Science

The Junior courses in Year 7 to 10 have been developed in accordance with the New Zealand Science Curriculum Document (Levels 3 to 6).  They have been designed to stimulate the students’ curiosity and enjoyment of Science, developing their powers of thinking and communication, together with organisation and participation skills as they carry out practical investigations.

Each year level follows a module based course and over the four years, students study aspects of the main branches of Science: namely, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geology and Astronomy.
